These guidelines were prepared by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC), with the support of International Finance Corporation (IFC), in order to promote the emergence of the Green Bonds market within the Moroccan financial place. Indeed, the development of such market comes first with the clarification of the roles and requirements associated with this type of
financial instruments.
