The Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius is partnering with the Global Financial Innovation Network (GFIN) to invite firms to participate in the inaugural Greenwashing TechSprint. The initiative aims to combat misleading sustainability claims in investment products, fostering trust in the growing market for green finance. This virtual event, hosted on the FCA’s Digital Sandbox, will bring together regulators, firms, and innovators to develop solutions to tackle greenwashing. Mauritian and African firms interested in applying for the TechSprint can submit their applications starting April 17, 2023.
